GICHUKI MUGAMBI,THE MAN WHO CAMPAIGNED FOR IN OTHAYA QUITS THE RACE.

The Chairman of Othaya Development Committe,Gichuki Mugambi has quit the race for Othaya parliamentary seat,in the coming by-elections.Mugambi said he has held meetings with TNA officials and he has decided to pave way for Wambui re-election.Mwai Kibaki and his son vigorously campaigned for Mugambi in the 2013 general election.The contest will now be a two horse race between Kingara and Wambui.

UKAMBANI;YATTA MP FRANCIS MWANGANGI DITCHES CORD AND JOIN JUBILEE.

Yatta MP Francis Mwangangi has said he is going to work with JUBILEE government and ditch CORD.He spoke while distributing 3.42 Million bursaries for University,Secondary and Primary students at Yatta CDF offices.                                                                                                                                 He said those opposing the current government, must wait for long before their dreams come true.He also said they are going to work with Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua,to improve development activities.

New figures have emerged how the government spent more than 100 million in Safari Lodge retreat.The cost was due to 120 rooms reserved for govrnment officials,food and beverages,air travel cost and other hotel expenses.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               The president and his goernment announced a pay cut,due to high wage bill but its ironical how the goernment spends hundreds of millions in retreats and travels.President Uhuru spent the night at Equitorial suite 102 costing 51,050 per night,while William Ruto spend the night in one of the classy suites at the same cost.                                                                                                                                                 Other cabinet secretaries and principal secretaries spent the nights in Garden Suite, Mawingu Suite, Raymond Hook Suite, Deluxe View Room, River Deluxe Suites and Deluxe Room that cost between Sh33,688 and Sh25,025 a night.
     

MAASAI LEADERS TO BE HOSTED BY UHURU AT STATE HOUSE.

President Uhuru Kenyatta will host a delegation of 20 Maasai leaders at State House.The meeting being organised by Kajiado North MP Moses Ole Sakuda,is aimed to woo Maasai leaders from Narok county to join TNA.The meeting was to be held thursday this week but was rescheduled.                                 Former cabinet minister William Ole Ntimama,will lead the delagation together with former Transport Licensing board chairman Hassan Ole Kamwaro.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              ODM POINTMAN                                                                                                                              Ole Ntimama was a key member of the Orange Democratic Movement in maasai land,and his association with TNA will be a blow to the party.However,URP controls most of the Parliamentary seats.
